I graduated from Navasota High School in 2007 and from Texas A&M University in 2011. Whoop!!
I received a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M. I also hold a teaching certification for General Education grades EC-6. I am currently working on my Master’s degree in school counseling at Lamar University.
I am beginning my fifth year with Livingston ISD and Pine Ridge Elementary. I worked as a Kindergarten teacher for the past four years. This year I will be teaching first grade!
Before teaching, I worked for 5 years in a daycare center and as a Site Director for an after school program. I also worked for two years as a Health Coordinator for several Head Start programs in the San Antonio area.
I married my husband, Matt Nettles, in March of 2016. We have a yellow lab named Ryder who we adore!!
When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and being outdoors.
