Registration for 2024-2025
Thursday, April 25, & Friday, April 26, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Registration will be held in the GYM at Pine Ridge Primary
(Check in at door 5).

Please Bring These Required Documents for Enrollment

• Birth Certificate
• Updated Shot Record
• Proof of Residency (electric bill with name and 911 address)
• Parent’s or Guardian’s Driver’s License or Current Photo ID
• Social Security Card
• Foster or CPS Documents
• Military Documentation
• All enrolling Pre-K students must meet qualifications
• FOR PRE-K only - Bring 3 most recent paystubs or tax return for income verification

Pre-Kindergarten Qualifications:
Pre-Kindergarten Program is an income-based federal program. To participate in the program, the student must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2024, AND meet one of the following criteria.

1. Qualify based on household income per TDA Income Eligibility Guidelines.
2. Non-English Speaking.
3. The student is the child of an active duty, injured, killed or MIA member of the armed forces of the United States. Including the state military forces or a reserved component of the armed forces or a child of a person eligible for the Star of Texas Award.
4. A child who is or has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS) following an advisory hearing relating to the child’s removal from the custody of a parent, custodian, guardian, or other caretaker.
5. The student is homeless according to state guidelines.
